Joining the RDS team as Relations Coordinator in February 2025, Randa is dedicated to ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and genuinely valued. With a degree in Corporate & Organizational Communications and more than a decade of experience in executive administration and customer service, she plays an essential role in cultivating the long-term relationships that define our firm.
Grounded in her faith, Randa is passionate about living a purpose-driven life. She spent time attending Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM), an experience that strengthened her commitment to integrating her love for God into meaningful, Kingdom-minded work.
Outside the office, you can often find Randa enjoying time with her husband and daughter at a Brandon Lake, Elevation Worship, or other Christian music concert. She also enjoys expressing her lifelong love of fashion- especially when it comes to coordinating outfits with her signature collection of glasses.
